About This Class
The oldest combat sport in the world. Wrestling teaches you takedowns, clinch control, top pressure, and mat returns. It is the art of imposing your will through positioning and relentless physicality.
Wrestling builds unmatched physical toughness and grappling awareness. The conditioning alone transforms your body, but the real value is in the positional intelligence you develop. Understanding where your weight needs to be, and when, changes every aspect of your grappling.
For MMA athletes, wrestling is the backbone of the sport. For BJJ practitioners, it fills the gap between pulling guard and earning the takedown. Either way, this class will make you harder to deal with on the mat.
What a Typical Class Looks Like
Warm-Up & Movement
15 minutes of wrestling-specific movement, penetration steps, hip switches, and sprawl drills. Builds the movement patterns you need before live work.
Technique
25 minutes of structured drilling. Shots, sprawls, chain wrestling, and set-ups. You will learn how techniques connect, not just individual moves.
Live Wrestling & Cool-Down
15 minutes of positional or open live wrestling where you test your skills against resistance. We finish with a 5-minute cool-down and stretch.
