When you sign up for a membership, you enter into a separate membership agreement that sets out your specific plan, fees, and payment schedule. These Terms apply in addition to your membership agreement.
Membership fees are billed according to your chosen plan (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Fees are collected via direct debit or as otherwise agreed. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a minimum of 2 weeks' written notice (14 days). Notice can be given by email to info@francisjiujitsu.com.au or in person at the academy.
You will continue to have access to classes and be charged fees during the notice period. After the notice period ends, no further fees will be charged.
If you need to take a break from training (due to injury, travel, or other reasons), you may request a membership freeze. Please contact us to discuss the options available for your plan. Freeze requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We may adjust membership fees from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any fee increase. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms above.
