About This Class

One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to you. Whether you want to fast-track your progress, prepare for competition, work on specific weaknesses, or train around an injury, private sessions give you undivided coaching attention.

Available in BJJ (gi or no-gi), judo, boxing, or wrestling. Your coach will design every session around your goals, adjusting the pace and focus as you develop. There is no faster way to improve than dedicated private instruction.

Private training is also ideal for people who prefer a more personal environment before joining group classes, or for experienced practitioners refining the details that make the difference at higher levels.

What a Typical Session Looks Like

Warm-Up

10 minutes of movement tailored to your discipline and focus areas. Your coach will prepare your body specifically for the techniques you will be working on.

Focused Technique

35 minutes of dedicated work on your goals. This is where the real value lives. Every minute is spent on what matters most to your development, with real-time feedback and correction.

Specific Drilling & Sparring

15 minutes of positional drilling or controlled sparring to pressure-test what you have learned. Your coach will create scenarios that reinforce the session's focus.
