About This Class
Learn the sweet science of striking. Our boxing classes focus on proper technique, footwork, head movement, and combinations that build real skill from day one.
Boxing is brilliant for fitness, confidence, and self-defence. No sparring is required for beginners. Pad work and bag work are the core of every session, so you get a serious workout without the pressure of contact.
Whether you are training for competition, cross-training for BJJ, or just looking for a way to stay sharp and release stress, boxing delivers results you can feel after every session.
What a Typical Class Looks Like
Warm-Up
10 minutes of skipping, shadow boxing, and movement drills. Gets your heart rate up and your body ready to throw.
Technique & Pad Work
20 minutes of focused combinations on pads with a partner. Your coach will break down footwork, angles, and timing so every punch lands with purpose.
Bag Work & Cool-Down
15 minutes of bag drills and conditioning to build power and endurance. We finish with 10 minutes of stretching and cool-down.
